San Fancisco's Wooden Shjips formed in 2006 . They are another in a line of great SF psychedelic band's . Influenced by the classic psych sounds of The Doors , the Velvets , Suicide and Les Rallizes Denudes , track four 'Blue Sky Bends ' is like LRD's 'The Last One ' in micro form. I've got a copy of this LP. Good for lyin' down, starin' up at the ceiling, and looking at the universe.
...Less so with the albums that have followed . Which have more of a Suicide vibe about them ...
